Once the pre-registration process has been completed, you can proceed to the full payment of the activity. This next step will begin on October 15th and will end on December 1st, 2019, when all the request and payment deadlines will be closed.
Because of the advance down payments from booking reservations for activities and lodging, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation of $300 registration fee between June 15 and September 15, 2019: 100% refund.
Cancellation of $300 registration fee between September 15 and October 15, 2019: no refund.
Cancellation of full payment between December 1-15, 2019: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation of full payment between December 16-30, 2019: 25% refund of the amount paid.
NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 1, 2020.
Cancellations must be sent by mail to hld@localhost before 3:00pm Israeli time on each deadline. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request. Should you not receive it within two days, please direct your request to info@localhost.
Please allow for 10 days to order the transfer of the refund.
Holy Land Dialogues cannot cover bank transfer costs, which will be subtracted from the amount of the reimbursement.
